Im taking a shot in the dark here. I have the above rifle(I think) that came with a factory "Seoule_type" tang sight. I have lost the little piece of spring steel that enables the sight to stay upright when its flipped up. The only marking on the sight is the word Chase on the base...so Im pretty much clueless. Any ideas on a replacement? ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated. Its a 45-70 if that makes a difference.
Thanks in advance!

I had two of those rifles, and both had sights made by Marbles. Might be worth it to give them a call and see what they say.

If you go over to the ASSRA forum and contact member "texasmac" you should be able to get the info you need. He seems to be the resident expert.
