Not looking for tips or tricks this time around I am in need of a gun smith, anybody know a good gun smith in the central Texas area. As close to Waco as possible would be very helpful. Thanks all.

Smiths are easy to find. Great smiths is another trick all together. Thank goodness for UPS! For rifles I like Randy Selby out of Wyoming:

I know those are no where near Texas, but UPS doesn't care. Seems like most "smiths" these days, even ones with legitimate shops, spend their time pushing pins on AR's and mounting high dollar optics. I have a fully equipped gunsmith 5 miles from me and he refuses to do any of the "real" gunsmithing I take to him!
