So i got a thousand .223 range brass from Colorado Brass for a great price and great shipping time(included in price by the way) and I begin the cleanup process. Going well and then I stick a case. S*%T!!! So i commence to removing it and destroy my decapping rod and expander. This was late Saturday night. So I send an e-mail to Hornady that night and first thing Monday they contact me and have me contact the sales department. Well about 5 minutes on the phone and the new stuff is on the way and under warranty to boot. Understand that these dies are prolly 10 years old with about 4-5 thousand rounds through them. Then I get home from work tonight and an email tells me they are already shipped. Be here by Wed. IMHO that is first class service,for free!! And one more note the brass was first rate and plenty of extra even though i only had to throw out 2 cases. Just wanted to give these 2 companies a pat on the back. WIS40
