150 gr RF w/GC

I have been casting 150 gr RFN (Lee) and installing gas checks. I shoot whisper loads of 12 gr Unique and get acceptable groups at 100 yards with my 30-06. I want to shoot these boolits in my 300 Savage (Rem Bolt). My Lyman book doesn't have any info for it for that boolit/powder combo.

How much Unique do you use for this boolit? I know there are other combinations to use, but I have Unique, and that is what I am going to use. Where should I start?

11g Unique in the 300 Savage should give you about the same velocity as 12g in 30-06. Watch for head space problems after multiple firings, if using large rifle primers.
