Title says it all, I'm getting a hankering to try a Lee Loader for loading at the range. If there was a target model made maybe one will show up on evilbay at some point. Not much point in watching for something made from unobtanium though.

Not sure about lee, I use Wilson dies to load at the range. Check the 6PPC forum for particulars.

Send an email to Lee. Other than the 30-06, I'm not sure what other cartridges they were made for. I think they were made into the 70s.

Take care

I believe I once had one in 222.

They made them for a bunch of calibers, not all of them "mainstream" stuff. I had to pass on one for 6.5 Rem Mag when it went a little higher than I could justify. There's one on ebay now for 22-250.

Knowing they are out of print I never thought of writing Lee about them. DUH!!

This is all I got from Lee.

Hi Alan,

The target model was made by Lee Custom Engineering, they went out of business in 1988. I don't have a record of what they produced.

We stock a 22 hornet Lee Loader, product # is 90265.

Thanks,

I have the regular lee loader in 22 hornet. Works pretty good.
