I just bought this tool and have got about 400 cases deburred with it and it came apart, has any one had this problem and how do you fix it?

Lightly peen end of shafts hole back to a light press fit then epoxy or lock tite when reassembling. use a piece of wood or lead drill the tip of tool into it to make a support for it when reassembling. also allows for clamp pressure to be used while epoxy or loctite is curing.

I have some blue loctite think I will try it, thanks never thought of that hope it works!

Use the green instead, it's for installing bushings and such and wicks into the joint after assembly....

Had the same problem. I tried brazing it in. Worked, more or less.

Just bought the tool...take it back, get a new one.

Loc-tite or 2 part epoxy.

ordered it from midway guess I could send it back but I put blue loc-tite on will let it dry a day or two befor I use it

I have the RCBS version, they screw into the handle, there is nothing that can come apart. I do have trouble finding a use for them, I just do not find flash holes with burs and or poorly punched flash holes. And they are tools that require the users attention, I do not get them out unless I need one of them.
