I've never had anything short of exceptional customer service from RCBS

I have a twenty five year old tumbler bought used that had been to them twice by me. I told them that it was used when I purchased it. She said it made no difference, it was there product. They replaced the motor twice. Cost me shipping to them.

New motor and return shipping at no charge. They have sent me die parts at no charge also.

Dillon Precision is another company that has top notch customer service.
