Encore barrel question

Can a 357 maximum be put on a G2 contender frame in a rifle configuration? I thought it could but doesnt look like MGM offers it.

I know they chamber the Max. I have a brand new Encore barrel from them in it. I would just call and ask.

The ENCORE and the G2 are different sized actions/frames! HOW could they interchange?

Not saying they can and didn't think I had said they would. Just suggested that the OP call MGM to see if they could chamber him a barrel in 357 max for his frame.

Yes, they can chamber the 357 Max. for an Encore frame or a Contender frame, because I have one on order for my Contender frame.
