40 s/w and green dot

Can't find it listed, but looking at using 5grns of green dot under a 180gr TC cast.

What say you all?

Sounds about right. I loaded thousands of 45acp with between 4.0-5.0 grns Green Dot with 230gr bullets.

I just loaded the Lee 175 Gr. TC with 4.2 Gr. GD from S&W M&P Pro 5"
It seemed a bit slow and inaccurate.
I intend to bump it to 4.8 ~ 5.2 and test again.
I have used GD in 45 ACP with really good results also.

I was loading it with 4.2 and not real happy with the results as well, m/p 40 here too.

Will just have to see what happens with the 5grns.

I have been using 4.9 grn of Green Dot under Lee 180 TC powder coated boolits through my P07 CZ, velocity is just above 1000 fps. I use 5.7 under MP 230 grn HP powder coated velocity is around 900 fps.
