That is the kit to convert the Asperly Aimless to the Aimed model-- it has sights...

Seriously, I have never seen anything like that, but the rudimentary sights and attachment system don't say much for possible accuracy.

Could be it is just a device for holding the sights for demonstration purposes.

I'm pretty sure the technical name for that part is a "doohickey", closely related to the "thingamabob".

Got an idea... I have a 49/56, complete package except for the night sight. If'n you put it up on the swapping and selling board or site benefit board, lemme know... I'd be interested.

Sorry, it isn't mine. doing some research for a buddy. I will ask him, but I think he just picked up a 49/56 around Christmas
