I just checked with Powder Valley and they actually had what I needed in stock, finally after all the "out-of-stock" listings I have been looking at for months. They have AA 4064, 2015, 5744, 4350, Promag and a few others, some only in 8 lb but most in 1 lb or both. They also had IMR 4064 and 4350 plus a couple of others, most powders are of course still out-of-stock but it's looking a darn sight better! :grin:

This is it. They receive all the time you are just competing with thousands of other people. Apparently they give sneak peeks on Facebook but I don't participate so I don't know how often this happens.

Calguns reloading forum is a great way to find in stock items. Those Californians are incredible deal/in stock finders.

Still in stock today!

AA 5744, 2495, 4350, 4064 (Yea!!!!) 2700, 2015 and LT32.

IMR 4064, 4350 and 7820 (both versions).

While this is obviously not a large selection it's a heck of a lot more than they have had at any one time in the last few months (at least every time I checked which was often) and what was available yesterday is still there today so I hope this is not just a fluke.

Well it must not be a fluke, the AA powders that were there when this thread was started are still there plus a couple more! Even the IMR powders are still there with at least one more than what was available a few days ago, this is looking good!!!!

Well it looks as if I was jumping for joy a bit too soon, :( It's almost all gone now, they still have some AA in 8 lb containers of 4064 and 1 lb containers of 5744 but little else is left. I think the IMR is down to the 4350 and 7828 but at least these and the other powders from both manufacturers were available for nearly a week which is still a really good indication that things may indeed be getting better.


At least now I won't have to worry about running out of 4064!

I don't think you jumped the gun to soon. You did title the thread as a bit better and it does seem to be a bit better. For a long time it seemed that there was nothing ever available.

I've been checking my LGS for Unique for months, nothing, last Saturday they had about a dozen 1lb containers, and a single 8 pounder, brought home the 8 pounder, I use that stuff in everything.

it gets shipped and sold every week and every day, you have to be quick and you have to check first thing in the morning, and you have to use gunbot.net,
gunbot owes me I have been plugging them all week long haha but Natches, MidSouth, Third Generation have all had powders it just sells the same day, all these places mentioned had multiple kegs this week, but I will say, no Unique, No Red Dot, no H110, no Winchester powders, Winchester has been nonexistent. 3031 sells out nationally in about 2 hours

Right now what is hitting the shelves is due to the empty wallet pause left after the holidays. As we move into tax return season, the shelves will go super bare again.
