question about Ideal #308274

Does anyone have experience with or knowledge of this design, Ideal #308274 ?

Is it the same as the later Lyman 311274 ?

I just made a deal on an Ideal armory mold for the #308274 and would like to know what to expect for diameter it will drop.

Did they just change the numbers from 308 to 311 or did they actually change the diameter of the design?

From what I can find both look the same appearing to be a 195 grain round nose plain base.

If anyone is using or has used either the 308274 or the 311274 I would appreciate hearing about it.

Mone cast .313 x .297 on the nose.Shot well anyway due to the long body.I havehad the 308 and 311 marked and both cast the same diamter.The Armory molds are finiky to cast with.

Thank you that is what I wanted to know. I guess I will have to learn the funky shuffle to satisfy this armory mold.

Yes it is. I traded him 22 LR ammo for it.
