G'Day All
I had two sets of LEE commercial mold handles break on me. Both of these sets were purchased at the same time so I thought maybe there was a bad batch of metal. Well I got onto the LEE website and they had a way to send a enquiry with photo's attached. Two days later they are telling me that replacement sets are about to be shipped. That has got to be one of the best customer service policies about. Congrats LEE I'll continue to use and recommend your products.

Can't agree more.

I sent a picture of my bent sprue plate and they shipped me a new one a few days later.

Did you break the Handles? Or the sprue cutter handle?

I have broken two sprue cutters but it seems to me it would take a D6 to break the actual handles. (Unless they have changed the design )

I must have a D6 mallet. I have broke two sets of the handles. They replaced them. They looked like cheap pot metal, real course grain in the metal.

I had a primer ignite in lee loadmaster an told them it was my fault, pretty scary. They asked for a picture an told them I thought I could fix it an did with a lil weld an grinder wheel. But didn't think it to safe so was going to order one. New one two days later at no charge. LEE is awesome!!!

These handles should never break under normal use, not sure if it's considered "pot metal" or scintered metal of some kind, not very robust!

Years ago, about 20, I broke a part to my lee loadall. I called to order a new one, but the insisted on sending one free of charge. I protested, and let them know i had loaded thousands of shells in that lil thing. they sent it anyway.

I felt giilty when i ordered my Mec autoindexing press...
