I got Lyman 356637 BB and not really impressed with it.
Having problems with loaded rounds going into battery. Between Wilson gauge and barrel plunk test , I need to make them really short . I'm down to 1.035" and still I get hang up occasionally. I've been searching site for different molds and can't really make up my mind. . I don't mind spending $150 if I get something that will last and give me what I want.
Something like this design should work great

Or should I just go with lee 158 2R ? I have 158 1R and having same problem as with lyman. Have Lee 124g 2r and no issue with those , but I do want heavier bullet.

I have cast a lot of boolits with that mold and fired them from a Browning Hi-power. I had some hang ups until I sized every boolit to .357. The chamber did not want to handle that bullet if it was much over .357. The Lyman 4 th edition Cast Bullet Handbook listed an OAL, if memory serves me, of close to 1.03. I tried longer OAL's, and I believe 1.08 was the most accurate. Had to be consistent with the diameter, the length of the round did not affect the action. Regards

Try the Accurate 35-168Z
It is a sweet bullet in 9mm, 38 Super and 357Sig.
The 35-150Z is also nice.

I can shoot the Accurate 36-160H from my LC9, but mine has a very generous throat. This bullet would never work in my Sig 938 or XD9.

I use that Lyman mold and run them through My 92 FS Beretta with no hitches and great accuracy. Mine are sized .356

The 35-147S may work for you. I use it for .357sig and it drops around 151gr with my alloy.

If I may ask, what is the draw for you guys shooting 145s and bigger in the 9mm?
Better terminal ballistics, penetration?

Action pistol shooting, less felt recoil, quick recovery between shots etc.....IDPA and USPSA high ranking shooters say heavy boolits give you an advantage....afish4570
