Lube mold

I don't know how any body else does it, but I am going to give this a try.

It is 1" PVC with an end cap and a coupler. The other end is reduced down to a 3/8 nipple.

I had to do a lot of sanding and polishing to get every thing to fit smooth enough to come apart without to much effort. 9693196932969339693496935

I plan on pouring the hot lube in then running the rod down into it so that it make a hollow spot to slide over the screw in the press.

I will use the rod and something solid like a quarter to push the lube out.

Ha! It worked. I did have to heat the PVC once the line had cooled. Them I left the dowl on place and put a quarter between the lube and a broom handle. It took some effort, but the whole thing slid out and I was left with a long stick of lube. 96946

I did pretty much the same thing, only I used an old aluminum arrow for my center core. Nice Job!
