RCBS made a casekicker for the RockChucker many years ago. I have one and it really speeds things along. Much simpler than the RapidCaseKicker.

Pretty cool idea. Dont know how it will do when you really have to crank down on larger caliber round, to me it might bounce the casing around, like flipping head over heels.

Dudel, Thank you for bringing up the old RCBS case kicker. The reason I invented the Rapid Case Kicker is two fold. First, the old case kicker was prone to wear and breaking. Second, they are unavailable.

Simple is great too. That is why I specifically designed it to work as a simple ejector that did one thing, kick brass. If you happen to break your case kicker, please give the Rapid Case Kicker a try.

Farmallcrew,

I have tested and reloaded 9mm, .45, 5.56, and .308.

A few of the original designs were not as effective as this design. I tested repeatedly to ensure I got consistent results with all the calibers I reload. Also, you can control how hard the Rapid Case Kicker ejects the brass by how hard you push the lever forward. Letting it drop against the Rapid Case Kicker is usually more than enough to eject any brass/cartridge. Very little pressure is needed.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Dont really see how it speeds things up that much. I can ho pretty fast using the three finger shuffle.

Will this thing work for presses that are angled back, like a CH4d Champion?

Grab a hand full of .357 cases.
Put one in the ram and size.
Upon exiting the die the case is kicked out of the way and you insert another case with no additional hand movement. No shuffle or even touching the case after you put it into the ram.

Nice job designing that case kicker. Good to see a product come out to replace the OOP RCBS version.

Original one does and I suspect the rapidcasekicker does as well. Once you place the shell in the shell holder, you don't touch it again. No three finger shuffle needed.

Thank you. Mine's been going on 10 years; but should it fail, I'll certainly give your design a try.

Ickisrulz,

The one thing I have learned is that there are so many different presses and designs I have never seen. Please send me a picture and I will let you know.

Ickisrulz,

I am sorry, I don't think the Rapid Case Kicker will work with your press.

The handle seems to be a little too far to the right to engage.

The RCK is a great idea, after watching the video I seen another video of a guy with a case kicker made by RCBS. A simple strip of steel material bent to kick the case out of the shell holder. Can be made very simply out of some scrap material I have laying around in my garage. I am going to bend a strip up this weekend. Even if it eventually breaks I will make another and save the 30+ bucks on buying RapidCaseKicker.
