BP and PC??

anyone do any experiments with black powder or its substitutes and PC?
That would be something new in cowboy shooting.

I think some of the cowboy shooters in the Tomball Gun Club shoot powder coated bullets.

This got me thinking about my 50cal muzzle loader. Hmmm

I think soft BP lube would be required or the result will be some very serious hard fouling unless wet wiped between each and every shot.

that would be kind of hard in a lever rifle during a 10 shot string while shooting a stage.
probably make my times go up even higher

shoot my Shiloh and M1867 Rolling Block all the time with BP no difference in fouling, I do use a .0030 veggie wad. I also shoot my 50's and 58's with PC the 50's accuracy is the same but the 58 well it was not so good with anything I have tried so no difference.
