I have a 4 quart cast iron dutch oven i'm going to use for smelting my ww's into ingots ,i was thinking the dang thing would be great if it had a spigot or a spout on it ,anyone have any ideas on how this might be done?

Drill it and tap if for an 1/8 or 1/4" inch pipe thread and then use a fitting to screw into it. They are pretty cheap and can be found at any hardware store. For the spout you can use a Stainless Steel quick acting valve. Just screw it in.

Just make sure that the spout is all steel and not one that has the plastic ball valve in it.
