Ordered some parts for my lee pro from them tracked it And they showed delivered but not to me. Called them up they said give it a few days and call back if it wasnt recieved. Well two days later I recieved the order and called they said they had already shipped me replacements and to just keep them. Now I call that great customer service Post office is who messed up.

Me too! Two things I like about dealing with Titan reloading - 1.) Fast shipping. The speed that they get your stuff to you can't be beat. 2.) I don't feel like I'm being penalized when my order is small. Just fair and honest treatment.
