I don't think bowl rings are made of beeswax anymore. They make them out of some cheap waxy waste from petroleum refining.

It is called "slack wax"...slack wax while normally having a hybridized microwax/paraffin/vaseline structure from the refining process, it can and will be anything not wanted from normal refining and can also be composed of pre as well as post consumer goodies. Basically toilet bowl rings are made out of a substance scientifiacally known as WHATEVER.

Randyrat a member here sells it. Grab some lanolin for the mix while you are at it

Lanolin.....comes from sheeps wool....kinda like sticky vaseline that comes from MaNature ////// Good for alot of things...get it pure from Randy or spend a bunch trying to track it down yourself. Not a "common" commodity in todays world.

Try throwing in a little (you ain't got any yet) lubricant, maybe a couple of tsp. of transmission fluid, or maybe some lithium grease, or even 2 stroke oil.
