I see we have at least two win this title.

Thanks Ajax and Waksupi for your years of hard work and effort as mods to keep this a place worth visiting.

Waksupi, it will not be the same without the green mod icon in your avatar. I hope this doesn't mean an end to your unique way of telling us to call down at times.

It's kind of nice to lean back, and put my feet up. I was on staff from day one. Now I can actually take time to read topics, and stir the bucket now and then. I believe you will find DeanD and Buckshot have also retired.

Happy retirement Ric.

Mod retirement is at some point needed by all....do not be surprised if the occassional newB still asks you to push buttons you no longer have access to though.......it happened alot for me for some reason...hence the title drop.

Choose to be off and embrace the insanity...give it a great big hug and smile....life is more fun that way,

Oh, I do more than embrace the insanity. I am the poster child of insanity. You guys we my good side here! I'm actually far more sarcastic and quick whites than shows here. I can twist about anything said.

My wife feels bad for my staff and they feel equally bad for her.

I would think that a Mod Emeritus would at least get some kind of special banner under their name. You know something with lots of scrambled eggs that say this old fa.. fellow has been put out to pasture. Like the gold watch and don't let the door hit you on the way out in business.

I'm betting the price of loob grooves will go up now, since he doesn't have that cushy Mod gig anymore.

I wonder if he was selling them low due to subsidies he got as a mod?

Yes it is. They do an amazing job of giving us enough rope to hang ourselves yet they never let us follow thru.

A BIG thank you to the Moderators who work behind the scenes to keep this site the premier shooting related site on the www. +1 on some sort of special banner for those who have served us so faithfully. Thanks to all those who have and who continue to keep a watchful eye on things.
