Search does not let me search by sub-forum heading, so I get over 1800 results when I look for "O ring RCBS", about as narrow as I know to do a search.

Last time I got O rings for my RCBS sizer I obviously got the size next up to what I need - way to much blow by and one of the rings is partially not there any more. This was with Speed Green and no heat.

The RCBS manual does not list size, it lists a part #.

I know this was posted here in the past, but have no idea how to find it. It was a while ago.

Might check here:

for the reservoir 0 ring, or PM Buckshot for the sizer die 0 ring specs. Bet he knows.

Easy. Call RCBS and they will ship replacements out to you. That's what I did.

I neede the same o-rings. I called RCBS to buy some. They refused to sell them to me but instead shipped me several of them for no cost - not even shipping.

RCBS has the best customer service in the business.

I would call them if I were you.....

I can get them locally tomorrow and not wait for RCBS shipping. If I knew the size.

To save you some time and grief when replacing the O Rings- go to your
local Ace hardware, and purchase a few of their O Rings #48- listed
under Ace#02-1533, they are 1/8" thick, 7/8" ID, 1 1/8" OD.

I saved this from somewhere or another!

Found another note in my computer. Part No. 80051 and that note says 13/16" ID and 1-16" OD. That measurement looks more like the ones that RCBS sent me, they're definitely a little smaller diameter than the other one in my little drawer of Luber Parts.

I don't know what the second part # relates to, but the ACE Hardware #48 does not fit the lube pusher, but apparently #15 does. It is a tight fit on the pusher, I have to dismount the sizer and fix the bottom before I use it again to see if they are tight enough against the side of the lube sizer.

I purchased an O-ring at a local tool shop and it is 1/8" x 13/16" x 1 1/16"...

It fits--period...

If you can find that size, it will save you the wait from RCBS...

Good-luck...BCB

I bought 1 1/8" x 7/8" x 1/8" at Tru Value Hardware and they work fine. I got a couple from RCBS at no cost by mail but like you, I couldn't wait and these work fine in mine and match what RCBS sent.
