I have two 450's that are in need of some tlc. Both rams are getting some play in them, one much more than the other. My boolits are starting to get sized un-evenly. I saw pic where a member drilled, tapped and put in set screws to get the alignment back where it was supposed to be.

So my question is, how hard is it to drill and tap cast metals? What are the proper tools as far as drill bits and taps?

Thanks to all

Darrell

This is so strange i have the same issue with a lyman 45. Seems to be the worst when sizeing my 45 boolits. Got a new lyman 4500 as a spare and yep all is well with the new one.
