Ohaus 45-225-R four cavity round nose

I have found one of these at an estate sale but I can't find one on the internet. I have found a 2 cavity but was wondering if anyone else has seen the 4 cavity??

I wasn't aware Ohaus made a 4 cavity anything. Good find.
