if all goes according to plan I should receive my long (long) awaited 4 bore barrel... now does anyone know where I can find molds for casting bullets for this thing?

My shoulder tingles in anticipation

Jeff Tanner makes a dandy round ball mould to whatever size you may require. Have cast several of his and they are a joy. You decide on the diameter, make the deal, and he will send you a very well made mould. I was shooting a .590 RB and wanted to try one just a little larger. Ordered a .593 and dog-gone if it wasn't right on the money. Just a heads up, if you buy one, also buy one of his sprue cutter pliers. It's easy enough to grind a set from side cutters, but his are a good value. 725

MDman,

Have you checked the Dixie Gunworks web site yet? Sometimes they have the most unusual big bore molds. I'm on a dial up at the moment so it'll be tomorrow before I can do a little digging on this topic. A 4 bore huh? Ouch!!!
