Care to ponder a guess at what the BHN would be for a heat treated boolit that will NOT scratch with an H2 pencil, but an H3 will cut????
Alloy is 80-20 COWW/LINO water dropped then in the oven at 400deg. for 30 min. then water dropped again.
High end .308 loads are the use.
High 20's maybe?
What do you think???
