I'm new to the group and fairly new to reloading. I had a buddy give me a box of Missouri Bullet Company .357 Zingers (.358 diameter, 140 grain TCFP, Brinell 18) and I need a recipe using Unique or Titegroup. I'll be shooting them out of a Marlin 1894c and a Colt Trooper III.
Anybody using these and have a pet load? Up until now I've been using the Hornady 140gr FTX with 6.5gr of Titegroup.

My standard plinking load is 5.5 ish grains of Unique, standard primers in .357 mag brass. Use any mid weight (140-160gr) bullet. It is in the range of a +P 38 special load, and is easy to shoot out of my Marlin.

Thanks Cattleskinner. That was my guess. Anywhere from 5 to 7 grains of Unique. Appreciate the input. I'll build up a load starting with 5 grains.

Well I didn't want to be to specific.
