You might want to place your ad in the "Want to Buy" section of S&S.

I was always partial to the S&W Perfected Revolver.
Its a top break that uses the Hand Ejector side latch and arbor to improve lock up.

You need to get Louisiana Man to chime in...he is an encyclopedia of knowledge regarding the 38 S&W and the 32 S&W Long...he even has a couple (I think) of the Ruger .380 rimmed revolvers...(India & Northern Ireland special runs)...I have been looking for a S&W Victory 38 S&W for awhile...at least one that I could afford...good luck sir...

If you have an extra Ruger 9mm cylinder around, to fit to a Police Service Six or Speed Six, which is NOT a collectible, you can run a .38 S&W reamer into the 9mm cylinder and still use 9mm with the moon clips, or the .38 S&W without the clips. They actually made a few that way, by running a .38 AMU mouth and throater to adjust the difference in case length and to provide a gradual lead-in for the fatter .38 bullet in the 9mm chamber throats. Experimentals (1000 done for India in the mid 1980s) had the regular .380 RIM marking on the barrel, but if you examine the cylinder, the outer edge was turned and refaced around its circumference only to clear the 9mm clip, whereas the inner portion of the extractor which supports the rim is of normal height. The chambers look different, having a gradual 3 degree forcing cone tapering directly off the .380 mouth diameter with no stop surface. The .38 S&W brass headspaces normally in the 9mm cylinder, once the chamber body has been lengthened to accept 38 S&W ammo. A fairly common Third World Mod. Pakistani copies are made that way.

There were a handful of Brazilian and Columbian sales samples made which accepted .38 Super with a clip and .38 Special without the clip, using the same principle. These never went into volume production, but a few of the cylinders got out to the various alphabet soup outfits who bleed and die overseas in our collective behalf.

I have a Regulation Police from the 20's and a pre-33 from 1953 and a Colt PP from 1913. They are all fine revolvers. When you start looking watch the condition. The original quality in all of them was great but they are getting old and condition is everything!!!

I was going to say to not over look the Colts. Most common would be the pre-ww2 police positive that used to be slow movers due to the chambering. These were also offered post-war on special order with the longer police positive special frame. Some pre-war bigger frame Official police guns were shipped to the British and are marked 38-200 and can sometimes be found for a bargain due to the chambering. While the 2" bankers special was also chambered in this cartridge, they are pricey when found.

Apparently many of those .380 Rim Rugers are still in service over in India. Pictures from the Mumbai attacks showed Indian police carrying them. It wouldn't surprise me if Century started bringing them over someday.

Sounds like this modification would allow use of the 9mm, the 38 S&W, British .380/200 and the Makarov cartridge as well. Very useful in that part of the world.

JGS has the. 38 AMU print, but all you need is a .380x3degrees included angle reamer with long 3/8" shank, having an adjustable stop collar on it, to fit the rim seat, which you can lock with a set screw to fix the depth stop. Very little needs to be removed from the chambers, you can cut them by hand. Use Brownell's Do-Drill and back out the reamer each full turn, brush chips off reamer flutes, wipe chamber, inspect repeat. You can do a cylinder in about 30 minutes.
