Picture in a PM????

How can I send a picture in a PM?????
I can do it in a post, but when I try to attach a picture in a PM, I don't get the option of "download from computer".

Upload the picture to photobucket or some other online picture repository. Then you put the link in the picture dialogue box.

As per maryb. I use tinypic.com as one does not have to register or use email etc.

I use photobucket ... And select the "IMG" link ... Copy ... And paste right into the box you type your message in.
