So i noticed this when I first dissasembled the gun upon receiving it, but thought nothing of it, the second time i took the bolt down for some pictures i decided to put sharpie on the spot to see what it was rubbing on but got nothing, only reason it concerns me is because I THINK it may have something to do with the bolt safety.
here is where the sharpie was, but i rubbed it off in the next picture.

In this on you can see the side of the bolt handle/body is gouged where the steel is in the white.

This got me thinking it may have something to do with the safety notch on the bolt located here where you can see in the firing and intermediate position is recessed and flush with the bolt face, but that notch lines right up with the gouged section,

Next i partlially dissasembled the gun and put it on safety and sure enough the bolt notch sticks up, but it isnt flush with the bolt shroud so I dont see how it could cause that gouge? Any suggestions? It almost looks to me like someone stripped clear the safety on the gun, like the gun was in safety and they just cycled past it..... This would not be good as it would mean the bolt lock is damaged on this gun if so but im hesitant to try anything.
