.401WSL cases....Any Interest?

Going through things at the moment and came across the .401 case. Seems they're no where to be found to the point one has to wonder if there's a black hole collecting it all.

So I'm trying to gauge interest before I even think about getting tooled up and adding it to my sales page here in the VS section of the site.

Anyone here even interested?

These are going to be made from something else in case our wondering, and they aint cheap either.

I made 100 out of 7.62x39 for my brother. That was an experience. Between thinning the case head, fireforming, trimming and final fireforming with a boolit...wish I had access to ready to load brass.
We're set for a while. Curious as to your sale price, and a bump.

There's another way to it it without to much work. If you start with the 414 Super Magnum it's a lot easier, thing is they don't give them away.

And as far as pricing goes I was going to price them pretty close to the Rem cases I'm working on in the VS section.

I only have 15pcs of 414 Supermag cases to work with. I've been looking high and low for the cases with no luck, the ones I have I got from a member here. The cases once I get tooled up are going to be $1ea plus ship.

Yes the price is going to be right around $1ea and I really don't expect the final product to be over that, but of course add shipping. I've had a request to be notified from Starline on the 414Supermag brass but it seems they wont even consider making them till they reach a certain amount of requests. So whenever that happens that's when I'll have the parent case to work with. There's no way I'm even going to consider making those from 7.62 brass..

Lets see, I think I waited 6-7 years on that last run to be made. I expect the wait will be roughly the same so sometime in 2017 they will be available. (I think the last run was in 2010 it may have been 2012, hard to recall).

If they were the 414Supermag cases .50ea plus shipping. And made to the drawing above, but...the diameter of the relief next to the head would be .005 larger. I just made a couple just a few minutes ago, want a picture? just ask.....
