HOLY MOLY dare Andy!

I just started reloading the TCM a few days ago after finishing all the factory ammo using one of the new HOR sets purchased from Armscor when they became available a few months ago. I believe my sizer die must have been cut with a very worn reamer. It takes more push on the handle to size the TCM case than it does to size 308 MIL through an SB die.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

What case lube are you using? Imperial die wax will usually
fix a hard sizing issue.

STP. The same stuff I have been using for the last 25 years or so. Prior to that I used the RCBS lube that is water soluble.

I've not had a problem with either product and I'm not really having a problem sizing the TCM cases but it just seems that they go through the die, hard, way out of proportion to their size.

Yes they do require a good push. Also watch your crimps, too much and they won't fit all the way into the chamber. Good news is if that happens you can pull the decapper and plug out and size the loaded case and still retain accuacy and boolit size.
