What? I can't believe that. If true i am going to immediatly invest in a couple as they will be worth twice what I paid in short order

I have seen internet chatter where a couple people called Ruger and were told it will be back and they were concentrating on other things. Hopefully this is the truth.

Ruger temporarily discontinued production on 11-7-13 and will resume production some time in 2014. This is straight from email from Ruger

Thanks jmortimer. good info. couldn't understand why they would discontinue. I imagine that they are busy making ccw autos. nobody wants those ole revolvers anymore.

Ruger and Smith are discontinuing autos in the state of Californication. Imagine wheelguns will get popular pretty quick out there if there's any normal people left.

Exactly more or less what I heard, except, at 1st it was discontinued, period. I guess there was more of an outcry than expected and they decided to bring it back into production. I guess ******** does work, at times anyway.

Don't count on that
You may be surprised at how easy it is for the world to get by without hand cannons in thirty varieties.

I spoke with the good folks at Ruger last week at the SHOT Show.
The Redhawks & Super Redhawks are NOT gone. Just be patient, they will be returning to gun stores soon. Remember, they are working on some new guns, a new plant, the changes in the law where they will not be producing guns to ship to Ca, etc. Lots on their plates right now.

Not if states continue down the California Path.

The states will only follow California if the people in those states allow the laws to change. Ca should be a model for us to fight against.

I am sure all the blind people that actually think its the gun that causes all the trouble
Ca.is a prime example of stupidity in action
