I found a #45 at the park and swap this past Saturday. The guy wanted $30 for it and I got it for $25. There isn't any lube in it although it did at one time have some in it. It was clean as a whistle inside and out. This one had the old style pressure washer, the one with the flat brass piece rapped around the center piece. I'm going to order a new one with the double O-ring they work a lot better. I'm going to give it to two of my grandsons that live in Utah. They live about 3 miles away from each other. I thought it was a pretty good buy and especially finding it at a park and swap.

There were two different thread pitches on the 45 pressure screw. Make sure the new piston will fit the old screw. JonBinGlencoe is rather expert on the details.

I bought one off Ebay a few months ago for $85.00. It had the brass ring piston and I think more lube came out the top than I used on my boolits. Bought the new double oring piston from Lyman and it works great, no more bypassing lube. Love it now.
