Universal Shell-holder Extension?

Do you know of a source or machinist here that makes a Shell Holder extension that fit the reloading press ram and takes standard shell holders? Would be nice for the oddball cases that they don't make extension for.

Hornady makes them and they also make some in more popular sizes such as #16 for 223's. RCBS makes one as well. Midway has some in stock.94062

Thanks Mark, I did a search and found the Hornady at Midway. Wasn't in my catalogue .I will order one and add my on spring clip.
