I am thinking of building a hydraulic swage press. Can some of you that have, post some pictures of yours. To give me and others some ideas. Also maybe some links on where is the best place to get the parts.

this is a good thread:

http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?209060-Derimming-Press-for-BTSniper-22LR-cases&highlight=pneumatic+press

if you search "pneumatic" "press" you will find other good threads...

Featherhead made one for me similar to the link identified in Post #2 above. Works great and makes derimming 22LR much more enjoyable. Take a look at your compressor; with my small shop compressor I can derimm for 10 to 15 minutes, then I have to let it sit idle/cool for 10 to 20 minutes. Want a bigger compressor, but remains in the want column, not the need column.

I want to go hydraulic. For the reason that I want to make my own jackets and lead wire. And I have a pneumatic press already.

I posted this same question here: http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php/1020095-Thinking-of-building-a-hydraulic-swage-press .. It has some interesting ideas on automating one. That is not for me, but someone here may be interested.

Still looking for input and picture.
