If that is the Lyman 358480 mold, which casts a 128 gr. HP, Glen Fryxell loads it over 4.6 grains of Bullseye for 1,030 fps, and claims excellent accuracy. If I read the article correctly, this is a standard pressure load.

I have good results with 3.5 gr. Bullseye and 120 gr. 358345

I've loaded a bunch of 125-130 RNFP with 4.5 grs of Unique for good accurate loads.
I load the Lyman 358480 SWC (133gr) with 3.5gr of Bullseye.
