I need suggestions on best mold for 223. I would by a Lee mold, but they don't make one. Leaning towards Lyman. I need feedback. For Stag AR-15 rifle with 16" barrel.

It would help if you told us what rifle you plan on shooting it in. Lyman makes several good ones. I also have the RCBS 22-055-SP and I like it a lot.

Check out NOE. Good stuff.

Lee does make 223's....... just special runs. I bought one last month.

I'm running the Lyman 225-415 55 gr boolit. I powder coat and check. I'm looking at the HM3 mold, made by a vendor/sponsor here. A new mold is hard for me to justify as the Lyman is doing so well in my AR and Mini 14.

The bator mold from lee is purty cool.... And also the 62 grain mold from Mih is grand..... The lee will cost you under 40 shipped, the Mih will run you close to 90 ish, a good price for a custom mold.

The Heavy Metal 62 grain is the best I have seen.
