Just traded my CZ85 Combat in on like new M&P 9MM + $100. MY CZ was one of the first with the old Euro adjustable sights with close to 50,000 reds through it. Because of the way the sights were cut into the frame I couldn't change them out so when I got a chance to let her go for a newer toy....

My Smith should arrive today by mail. In some ways I wish I had looked for a .40cal but the 9MM will be fun to shoot and is very good for IDPA SSP. We can't carry up here so for what I intend to use it for the gun should work fine.

Anyone have some experience with the M&P shooting cast?

Take Care

I have the M&P in .40 and I only shoot cast out of it and it does fine. My understanding is the glock and maybe sigs have a polygonal barrell that doesnt like lead. I have at least 3500-4000 rnds in my .40 M&P so far I cast my own bullets from ww and no signs of leading the barrell a typical match is around 200rounds for me and I usually clean it after 2 matches so load up some lead and have some fun.:Fire:
