Can Restore Worn Out 450?

Anyone know of a good way to restore the alignment on a worn out Lyman 450?
Have an old one with a lot of rattle space in the ram alignment housing and was wondering about if it could be fixed up.
Any ideas on how to put an old one back into serviceable condition?
