I have been in recovery mode from a shoulder surgery, and today I got released from wearing that dang sling. The doc also released me to go back to work as long as I don't lift more than 10 lbs. with my right arm for the next 4 - 5 weeks. So, I am back to work on Monday, building America just like I always have. Today I felt so good, doc said I could also shoot, and I shot some test loads for one of my 303's. Man, that felt good. While I was out of service there and on the mend I couldn't keep myself from shooting and hunting. I did some revolver practice with my left hand to ready myself, killed 2 ruffed grouse with handguns (1'st with rbh 45 Colt, 2'nd with my old smith 32-20) and I also gave every coyote within 10 miles of my house heartburn. I never connected with a dang 'yote but I gave 'em some excersize for sure. You shoulda seen me trying to blast coyotes at 200 yds. with my old Smith &Wesson 32-20 in my left hand. Go ahead and laugh, they did too. Anyway, I am happy and actually can't wait to get back to work.Oh, and by the way ( Lloyd will love this), I am a Union Worker and my surgery and recovery is 100% paid for because of our nations labor laws and my Union (Communication Workers of America) Local 7670 sticking up for me. IBTW&H for 35 years retirement ck deposited every first of the mo. never been late for 20 years. I hear you, I am always there to open the gate at 6:30 and my job don't start until 7:00. Gives me time to read my paper and eat my cookie before I go over the days plans. JW

Keep up the PT even though you are back at work, speaking from experience after rotator cuff surgery twice on my right shoulder exactly a year apart. I did all the PT but the tear they fixed first time never healed and working again finished it off, doc had missed the fact it was otrn internal in the tendon first time out.
