Stopped at the local Hardware store and was talking to the owner about how hard is was to find pistol powder and he dug around in the back room and found me a 4lb jug of Bullseye. Sold it to me for 80.00.
Looks like my lucky day.

Pretty much the normal price, good to find it when things
are in short supply.

Bullseye will get the job done for many calibers.

I was very happy just to find some. I'm getting low on H110, out of 2400, down to my last lb of uniqe and hadn't been able to get Bulleseye for several months. I had stocked up on everything when Obummer got relected but had no idea that this shortage would last this long.

And I would have thought the shop keeper would know exactly what he has on hand. Great deal

Powder has loosened up in this area, and checked yesterday at local store, and found most all of the common powders in stock, including Bullseye in 1 and 4 lbs.

Naw, everyone is flat out wrong....Bullseye is a dirty powder and doesn't work any more and Alliant probably changed the formula so it pressure spikes now.......I've some potted plants that need just that much (4 lbs) of good nitrate fertilizer) so send it to me and I will properly dispose of it for you:roll:

I've managed to find and buy decent stocks of 2400 and Unique but I can't remember the last time I saw any Bullseye in person. I think it's been about a year and a half. :-(

Please send that powder to me I am OSHA certified in explosive handling and can dispose of it safely.
Back when the first round of shortages was going on I couldn’t find any Bullseye either. I was working a big gun show with a friend. He had been out walking the show and came by and asked if I still was looking for some Bullseye. I said yes and he said give me $100.00. Well he came back with one of the big cardboard 15lb caddies. I still have over 10 pounds left. I have been using it in nearly every thing pistol wise.
