Anyone see the Fox News interview w/ the AR mfg that refused the $15 million order for Ar/M16 when they discovered it was to go to Pakistan? Been thinking about a new AR for awhile and it looks as if my Springfield T model project will be on hold for awhile so I can go for the AR.
Name of the Mfg is Desert something (missed the whole name) and as soon as I find the name and a dealer will be interested. Anyone know their name and the quality of the product?

So the guys at Fox don't know the difference between an AR and a heavy weight bolt action sniper rifle. No surprise.

Bit of non event because export approval would never have been granted anyway.

My understanding is that he was being solicited by the US State Department to fill a contract, so it was government approved.

It is DTA. They make super awesome bullpup sniper/LRP rifles. A bit steep in price.

A buddy of mine saw one at his home range. New gun. 3/8" group for 5 shots (.308). Pretty impressive.
Plus it can be changed to any other caliber they produce quickly and easily.
