Press mount wad punch going dull

It's taking some effort punching out .45 cal 0.06 inch vegifiber wads on my press mounted wad punch from Buffalo Arms. Is there a way to sharpen or rejeuvenate the tool? TIA.

You need to get the cutting edge as square as possible. Easiest way would be with a lathe and carbide bit, but if you can find a drill bushing that JUST fits the punch, you might be able to stone it squarely enough and get it back in operation. Have you checked with Buffalo Arms to see if they will help?

If not there's quite a few good lathe guys on this forum who might be able to help. Buckshot does a heck of a job.
