cycling the Lee 309-230 5R

I would like a load that will cycle the action in my AR-15 carbine using this bullet.
I've only used published data, all of which has been subsonic. So far I have loaded up to 9.5 gr. 296 and 11.5 gr. Rl 7.
Has anyone taken them further, and what have been your results?

I've not had luck with 296/110 with this boolit but with Reloader7 I found around 12gr worked well.
