Who makes the thermometer that is way cheaper than Lyman?

I saw a thread a while back where someone posted a link to a thermometer that was around $20. I broke mine yesterday and cant seem to find that thread now. Anyone remember?

It is a Tel Tru and it may only cost "around" $20 by the time it gets to you, it will be $30 but still the best deal. I just got the Lyman for around $30 and it is made in China. here:
