Which .221 Fireball barrel T/C Encore?

I want to buy a .221 Fireball barrel for a T/C Encore, probably 18 inch with a 1in12 twist for 35-40 gr Hornady pills. Anyone have any ideas as to which barrel manufacturer is decent. I also want to get a new forearm for the new barrel in light grey/charcoal laminate to match the butt stock. Any input would be appreciated as I have money to do it ONCE and don't want to make a costly mistake. Thank you! Bob

Think that Match Grade Machine and Bullberry are the only remaining custom shops for barrels. Both have overall good reputations.

Match Grade Machine will deliver a bbl when they say they will, The same with SSK ind. AKA J.D. Jones.
With MGM you will have a choice of barrel makers, SSK only uses Shilen.
IF you will limit your bullet wt. to those you listed you could go with a 1-14 twist, the 1-12 will let you use up to 55 gn. bullets
