I've been moving my reloading stuff this week and have a bunch of die sets of all makes. Several I bought either without a box or that came in cardboard boxes that have seen better days. Also, Lee dies come in the cylindrical boxes that I hate because they don't stack. A few years ago, I bought ten nice little plastic boxes on Ebay that are perfect, but I still need a few more and will probably need more in the future and cannot find that seller on ebay anymore.

The boxes looked identical to these except they were black instead of white;

The only problem is they come in packs of 115 and I'm pretty sure I won't need that many. Would there be enough of a market for these on here that if I bought them and kept 20-30 that I could likely sell the rest at cost, looks like that would be a little over a dollar apiece, to other guys? I'm sure I'm not the only guy who needs a few die boxes out there.

You might look at fishing tackle boxes, the plastic ones with fixed (in the right dimensions) or adjustable dividers.

Good idea with the medical boxes.

RCBS and Lyman sell empty dies boxes. I sometimes see them at the better equiped shops. They are quite pricey however.

Another option I have used a few times is from CH4D. They sell generic die boxes with hinged or non-hinged lids. The non-hinged lids are a close duplicate of the old Pacific type die boxes. They sell for $.95 each plus shipping.

Google CH4D and go to the "Accessories" tab on the left side of the page.

CH4Ds hinged lid boxes are $2.95.
CH4Ds Slip lid boxes are $.95.

Global is in Columbus, Ohio. They have a retail outlet there. They'll pull some things for you that aren't on display if the computer shows it in stock.

The ones I got on Ebay are the same as the ones in my link I'm pretty sure. They are awsome, better than the boxes RCBS uses, actually. The guy was selling them 10 at a time and shipping was nil since they don't weigh anything. I should have bought more, but I'm betting he was doing exactly what I'm thinking of doing here just to get a reasonable number of them and sell the rest.

I found these they are called ammo boxes but you can’t see any dividers and they are not caliber specific. I think they are an open storage box that might work for die storage.

I just picked up some plastic boxes with a hinged lid at Harbor Freight - they had removable dividers. I was able to remove some of the dividers and each box ended up holding six dies. I don't have a lot of dies but I did have some Lees that came in the cylinder holders and I wanted a little more protection than that. If I remember correctly, the boxes ran around $3.00. You might give them a check unless you are looking for individual die storage boxes.

The boxes shown in the link from Rich's post would also be very handy for lubed boolits particularly rifle boolits...Ray
