I made a boolit change to the Hornady 300 gr HP bullet "Ye gads". I spotted a doe at the edge of the woods and she stood there for an hour. I don't know how I picked her up through the brush and trees. She walked off and the a buck showed up and stood in the sun for a half hour. I seen the doe go through the heavy stuff and there was no shot. She ran past up high, then the buck came by a little lower. I found a tiny spot in the branches and aimed into it. he walked right into my dot and I shot. It was 50-55 yd's. He didn't go far.
