What are your guys' opinions on the Lyman T-Mag? I'm looking for a new press as I'm completely overhauling my reloading setup.

I think you would be very happy with it, or the RCBS, or the Redding, or even the Lee Classic Cast. No reason not to get one.

it was my first press. I made many a thousand rounds of ammo on it.

I recently purchased a used one to replace my RCBS junior. I use it for calibers that I don't need a lot of and for taking care of my setup pieces that I have set asside when setting up the Dillon XL650. I do put a feeler gauge on top of the rest in the rear of the press. This takes care of the presses flex problem and makes things tight.
Would I do it again? Yes, I like the T-Mag.

I have a TMag II. I like the press, no problems at all. It's convenient at times to be able to set up multiple dies at the same time. I also would buy another one if something happened to mine.

I load rifle with mine and it works well.
But if I had to do it over, I'd look at the Redding T7.

Turret presses make it awful tempting to leave them set up for a while.
Consider ordering or making a cloth dust cover. Some of those "a while" times can take quite a while.

I have had one for 6 years and love it,i do all of my rifle loading with it. Its nice to have all my dies and powder set up right there in one spot, just a turn of the turret and your at the next step.

I leave mine setup but for safety sake I dump the powder back in its container when I'm done with it.
